Westminster Junction, developed by Affordable Housing Societies, is a new purpose-built rental community in Port Coquitlam offering 300 thoughtfully designed homes across three contemporary six-storey buildings.
Our focus is simple: to provide safe, well-designed rental housing at Low End of Market rates for individuals and families who meet income eligibility criteria. These homes are more than just places to live, they are built to support stability, connection, and long-term community wellbeing.

We aim to support working individuals and families who fall within BC’s Low and Moderate Income guidelines and are seeking stable, affordable housing in a modern rental community.

To be eligible, total gross household income must fall within BC’s 2026 Low and Moderate Income Limits:
- $90,560 for one-bedroom units
- $146,270 for households requiring two or more bedrooms

Important Information
To ensure Westminster Junction remains aligned with its mandate as a Low End of Market housing community, the following criteria apply:
- Suite eligibility is determined based on household size and composition in accordance with National Occupancy Standards, ensuring homes are appropriately sized for each household.
- This is not pet-friendly housing (with the exception of certified service animals and approved assistance animals)
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere within the community, including suites and common areas
- This is not subsidized housing
- Applicants must meet BC’s Low and Moderate Income eligibility requirements to qualify
