Introducing Westminster Junction: A Community Rooted in History
Nestled along the scenic Coquitlam River, the Westminster Junction development pays homage to the rich history of its location. Once a 19th-century hub featuring a train station, hotel, and local landowners, Westminster Junction helped shape the identity of what is now Port Coquitlam. Collaborating with the Port Coquitlam Heritage and Cultural Society, AHS has commemorated this history by naming the development Westminster Junction and its three buildings The Myrtle, The Rowland, and The Ticehurst, each tied to local heritage. Custom-crafted plaques will proudly tell the story of this landmark site.
Modern Living Meets Affordability
This innovative 2.4-acre project will feature three six-storey towers offering thoughtfully designed homes ranging from 463 to 906 square feet, complete with private balconies or patios. The community includes:
- 129 one-bedroom units
- 123 two-bedroom units
- 5 two-bedroom + den units
- 43 three-bedroom units
Designed to meet diverse needs, Westminster Junction is the result of a dynamic partnership between AHS, CMHC, and the City of Port Coquitlam, demonstrating the power of collaboration in building vibrant, inclusive communities.
