Three contemporary six-story buildings comprised of 300 well-appointed units, embraces an array of layouts including one-bedroom, two-bedroom, two bedrooms + den, and three-bedroom configurations. Of the 300 units, 30 units are accessible suites designed for a person with a disability or mobility issues.

To be eligible for a Low End of Market unit, Affordable Housing Societies will adhere to the 2026 BC Housing Low and Moderate Income Limits. This entails that the total gross annual income for all individuals within the household must not exceed $90,560 for a one-bedroom and for residential units with two (2) or more bedrooms, a gross household income cannot exceed $146,270. If your household’s combined gross annual income surpasses these thresholds, you will regrettably not meet the criteria for securing a suite at Westminster Junction.

Due to high demand, Expressions of Interest for our new building were previously closed. We are pleased to announce that we are now reopening Expressions of Interest on a limited basis.

We are accepting Expressions of Interest for:

  • Two-Bedroom Standard Suites
  • One-Bedroom Accessible Suites
  • Two-Bedroom Accessible Suites

Our accessible suites are thoughtfully designed to support a range of mobility needs and may also be well suited for seniors. We welcome applications from individuals who would benefit from these features.
