Westminster Junction features a total of 300 suites, spread across three six-story buildings. The suite options include 129 one-bedroom units, 123 two-bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom units with dens, and 43 three-bedroom units. All one-bedroom units have one bathroom while most suites with two or more bedrooms will have two full-size bathrooms. All suites are outfitted with in-suite stackable washers and dryers, as well as a dishwasher.
The accessible suites are thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities. Westminster Junction offers 30 accessible suites, 58 adaptable suites, and 2 universal suites. Accessible units are tailored for people with disabilities or mobility challenges, featuring lower countertops, built-in ovens, cooktops integrated into the countertops, roll-in showers, and accessible vanities. These suites are also equipped with in-suite washers and dryers, as well as dishwashers.
