Low End of Market Units
To be eligible for a Low End of Market unit, Affordable Housing Societies will adhere to the 2025 BC Housing Low and Moderate Income Limits. This entails that the total gross annual income for all individuals within the household must not exceed $84,780 for a one-bedroom and for residential units with two (2) or more bedrooms, a gross household income cannot exceed $134,140. If your household’s combined gross annual income surpasses these thresholds, you will regrettably not meet the criteria for securing a suite at Westminster Junction.
